We Are Silent Campaign Next Week
Me to We Group is organizing our next campaign to support We Are Silent.
Me to We’s goal this
year is to fundraise for EDUCATION in Nicaragua. Every $25 dollars raised helps
to buy a student learning kit.
Today, there are 25
million young people like you around the world who will never be able to go to
school. Ever. That is 25 million voices that are going unheard and WE want YOU
to act now. This November, use your voice by…..not using it.
On Thursday, November
19, please take a vow of silence to turn up the volume on the struggles of
children fighting for their basic human rights.
You can sign up
starting next Monday in the front office. We will be collecting donations
–anything helps. What will you go silent for?
Here is Molly Burke explaining what does "We Are Silent" means to her.

WE Scare Hunger
We Scare Hunger: is a Halloween food drive to help food banks stock up on everything they need to fight hunger. If students are interested they could Trick-or-Treat for non-perishable goods. To help notify family, friends, and neighbors students can pick up a message from in front of Room 12 to hand out and explain why they are choosing to participate in We Scare Hunger. If not trick or treating, students can bring in food items and drop off in the office.
